About Natalie Macaluso

Natalie Macaluso is the Founder and Business Coach at The Orange Side. Her entrepreneurial journey spans several sectors including travel, the arts, performance and motivation. Natalie cut her teeth within the family business at H&A Motivation primarily organising corporate group incentives to countries around the world. She turned her attention to the West End theatre, producing her own stage shows before co-producing several West End productions. In 2013, she returned to travel with Chiave Concierge to focus on luxury FIT and concierge. Pursuing her ambition to constantly diversify, she established the Customer Success Team for a leading learning experience tech platform. Natalie oversaw people strategies with international companies of between 50 – 5000+ employees. Natalie is an Associate with two consulting firms delivering corporate executive coaching.

Natalie is a graduate of The Oxford School of Drama, has a Diploma in Creative Business for Entrepreneurs from The National Film and Television School and accreditation as a Personal Performance Coach from The Coaching Academy. She currently serves as a Board Trustee at The Oxford School of Drama since 2018 and was the youngest person to be appointed to the Board in the school’s 30-year history.
