1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to all attending buyers of the Italia Luxury Workshop, powered by Connections.
  2. Employees or agencies of Connections, ENIT - Italian National Tourist Board, participating speakers and sponsors or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  4. To enter the Prize Draw you must be in attendance of Italia Luxury Workshop, powered by Connections. Entrants must (a) complete and repost the official event graphic on Instagram or Facebook post/stories, (b) tag @italiait and @connectionsway on Instagram OR /USAandMEX.italia.it and /connectionsway on Facebook and (c) use hashtags #TreasureItaly and #ConnectionsWay. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email gemma@weareconnections.com.
  5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  6. Connections and ENIT - Italian National Tourist Board accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  7. The opening date and time of the Prize Draw is 4.45pm BST on Tuesday 11 May 2021. The closing date and time of the Prize Draw is 6pm BST on Thursday 13 May 2021. Entries received outside this time will not be considered.
  8. Three winners will be chosen at random. The draw will take place on Thursday 13 May 2021 between 6-7pm BST.
  9. Basilicata Tourism Board, Pugliapromozione and Tuscany Tourism (the “Prize Sponsors”) offer three different prizes to be won in the Prize Draw.
  • The first winner drawn will receive the first prize: one (1) one-week tour of Tuscany for two people in a double room, including breakfast, transfers, experiences and museum tickets (valid until 31 May 2021. Blackout dates may apply. Prize includes 7 days/6 nights accommodation but excludes visas, flights, additional meals and any other detail not mentioned.)
  • The second winner drawn will receive the second prize: one (1) two-night stay in a double room for two people in a traditional Puglian Masseria, including breakfast (valid from 01 September 2021 until 30 June 2022. Blackout dates may apply. Prize excludes visas, flights, additional meals and any other detail not mentioned.)
  • The third winner drawn will receive the third prize: one (1) two-night stay in a double room for two people at a glamour hotel in Basilicata, including breakfast (valid until 31 December 2022, excluding July and August. Other blackout dates may apply. Prize excludes visas, flights, additional meals and any other detail not mentioned.)
  1. The winners will be announced during the Closing Remarks from 10pm BST on Thursday 13 May 2021 and will be notified by email within 24 hours after the prize draw is held. If a winner does not respond to Connections or the Prize Sponsor within 14 days of being notified by Connections, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Connections shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Connections shall be entitled to select another winner.
  2. The relevant prize should be arranged by the prize winner and the relevant Prize Sponsor using the contact details provided in the winner’s notification email.
  3. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The prizes are also subject to availability.
  4. The Prize Sponsors retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  5. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in (10).
  6. Connections accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
  7. The decision of Connections in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Connections has the ability to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  9. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
